Victoria was recommended to my husband and me by a colleague, and we’re endlessly grateful for that introduction. As first-time homebuyers, we were naturally anxious about the process and took our time interviewing several realtors to find someone who truly had our best interests at heart—and who could guide us with knowledge and care. From our very first meeting, it was clear that Victoria was the perfect fit. I cannot reccomend Victoria enough! We had previously worked with two seperate agents, and the comparative analysis between them and Victoria was staggering. From our first meeting Victoria was informative, professional, and well organized. Victoria was exceptional at reframing the home buying experience, and helped us learn to fully evaluate properties from a variety of vantage points, not baed on gut or heart. We ended up in our forever home, significantly under asking, and could not be happier!

I looked for quite a while for a buying and selling agent with expertise in the fundamentals of real estate markets and the business aspects of those markets. With Victoria I was happy to find an agent who had this more rigorous background, which is evident in her monthly emails. She also has an unusual level expertise in aged houses that either need renovation or have been renovated, including through her husband’s work as a contractor. She also is well familiar with Northwest Denver, including the Sloan’s Lake and Highlands neighborhood. She was careful to point out problems with properties I reviewed and also had good suggestions for evaluating offers on the house I was selling. Would recommend her to both buyers and sellers as a top tier expertise agent.

We chose Victoria to help us sell our home after interviewing multiple candidates because of her organization, professionalism, and friendly demeanor. Throughout the process, she was extremely helpful and informative on what to expect and on how best to prepare for the sale. She provided great recommendations on small improvements that would offer us the best chance of success. During the weekend the house went on the market, Victoria was available and attentive at answering buyer questions and informing us along the way of updates and questions. We have no regrets working with Victoria and would recommend her to future home sellers.

Victoria did a wonderful job helping me sell my house I had been in for almost 28 years. She is very knowledgeable, has great recommendations and contacts for getting your house ready for sale, but never pushes. I felt very comfortable with her from the start. We had 3 over-asking price offers after the first weekend, and Victoria did a thoughtful analysis of each offer. Everything went very smoothly after acceptance and through closing. I highly recommend her!
