I've been doing business with Mark since I was his neighbor way back in 2008. This year we decided to sell our house in what turns out to be a wild and volatile market with a lot of uncertainty as to what each day would bring. He led us through the process knowing when to push and when to reign things in. Our house received 5 offers in the the first 36 hours of being on the market and we closed in just three weeks for way over asking price! Selling your home is never easy with all the decisions and emotions that go into it.
