Kimberly is wonderful! She helped us move across the country and find the perfect home. When we were ready to buy, we spent one week in Denver to look at houses. We definitely did not expect to find THE house in that week, but more of get an idea of the market and the areas in and around Denver. We met Kimberly and Norma on our first full day in Denver. Over the next four days, Norma (who is AMAZING), showed us numerous houses. (I think we saw 22 in all). It just so happened that we did find two houses that felt perfect for our family. Kimberly jumped into action; she discovered negatives with the first house that the builder did not want to share. She also quickly negotiated the price, incentives, and contingencies needed for us to put in an offer. We are now happily living in our new home, and we owe the very quick and seamless process to Kimberly and her team!
