George did an amazing job with our home sale. We were already out of state and he handled everything with our house and always kept us in the loop. His expertise was evident as it was up to him to keep the ball rolling. George was responsive, worked with us in our time zone and handled all the paperwork and phone calls. He also helped with getting small repairs done with local contractors. George handled a very slow market with expertise, including using professional pictures, internet staging and providing several methods to attract buyers. George also strategized through negotiations to get the best outcome for us as sellers. Selling our house was a big event and being out of state added an extra layer of angst. George made the process much easier to handle. We highly recommend George for his expertise and compassion.

I wish I didn't have to leave a negative review but I walked away not very happy with my agent. I felt that she was more interested in securing the deal and moving on than actually doing due diligence on the house. Her negotiation skills are very bad, she recommended that I didn't negotiate anything since price is "market value" and pressured me to move fast. I ended up suggesting knocking off 8k. It worked. I could have probably knocked down the price a bit more down if I had the advice/guidance and tried in hindsight. Also the agent totally missed in the evaluation of the property that it was a rental for half the time since it was built- I wish I had known this. Even when I texted her on the last day to thank her for her help despite not being totally satisfied, she totally ignored me.

Brandi was such a breath of fresh air and I am so grateful that she was my realtor through this process. Even during the hiccups, she made sure to do what she could! If I could buy another house tomorrow, I’d use her in a heartbeat.
