Kevin is highly knowledgeable of the Northern Colorado market. He was instrumental in finding my wife and I’s dream home for the price we had. Kevin is highly communicative and knows a lot of people that can help pre, during, and post buying a home. Simplest way I can explain Kevin as a realtor, he gives a damn! This is a rare trait now-a-days in the real estate world and I’m glad I found him to help me with my home!

Seth is a down to Earth guy who takes your opinions seriously and offers valid suggestions and input. We bonded over having little kids and the struggles of being a young parent while also connecting over relationship trauma and got to know each other better than I've known other realtors. The man literally drove me home after helping me talk to the cops while I was in shock after being t-boned on my way to view a listing. He went out of his way to be a caring person and definitely went that extra mile when presented with the opportunity. I hope my relationship with Seth doesn't end after today, and even if it does, I hope he knows just how impactful his attentiveness and acts of kindness were on my life after getting divorce, losing a job, getting in a car wreck, among other life-altering scenarios. Bottom line is Seth with take care of you to the best of his ability and that is worth it's weight in gold in this world.
