Travis as fantastic! Did my entire process remotely from Ohio. Travis took me on virtual tours of several properties and completed the inspection process on my behalf. Working with Nathan Van Deel was a true pleasure! He brought his out-of-state buyers to our new home construction community and went above and beyond to make sure they were well taken care of throughout the entire process. Nathan was incredibly knowledgeable about new construction and knew exactly what to look for during walkthroughs and inspections, always keeping his clients’ best interests in mind. I really appreciated how hands-on and communicative he was — it’s clear he genuinely cares about his buyers. I hope we have the chance to work together again soon!

We cannot speak highly enough about the expertise that Kevin brought to the table. Kevin was able to provide quick and insider knowledge of the areas we were looking at throughout this process. Once we were able to start the process on the home, Kevin was able to fill in the information gaps when speaking with the builder, lenders and all parties involved. He was able to make a complicated process very simplified and easy to manage for first time home buyers. He is someone who I have recommended to many colleagues and will continue to recommend to friends.
