Chris was fantastic to work with. From recommending mortgage options before we went under contract to recommending resources after we closed, it was apparent that he knows what he's doing every step of the way.

I went into the buying process certain that things wouldn’t work out. Chris was quick to get me on the path to purchasing though, taking time away from a family holiday (!) to make sure that I got the place of my dreams and pushed through inevitable hurdles. I got lots of amazing detailed information from his assistant and the loan agent came up with creative solutions to get me moved in. In all, Chris is a true pro; super responsive, super keen to resolve any issues. I felt like I was in safe hands the entire time.

Chris helped us purchase and sell our home. He was wonderful through every step of the process. My favorite thing about Chris was his willingness to answer all our questions and how responsive he was. He also checked in often asking if there was anything he could do to make the process less stressful. He is amazing!!

Chris was knowledgeable, thorough, incredibly quick to respond and just a wonderful person to work with. Everything with the showing and sale of my Dad's house went smoothly and I am delighted with the results. I have recommended Chris to a couple of other people who are in the market to purchase a home. Just a great experience overall.

My wife and I worked with Chris on purchasing a piece of property in Colorado. We were not the easiest clients as we did not really understand what we wanted. To add to the difficulty we were located out of State. Chris was super patient with us and walked us through every property we were interested in. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood the pros and cons of each property. We finally settled on the perfect property for us and he negotiated the sales price to get us our dream land. We highly recommend working with Christopher and will definitely be recommending him should anyone we know need to buy a home and/or property in his market.
