We can’t recommend working with Heidi enough! What proved to be a more challenging sale than we anticipated was handled with confidence, patience, and honesty. She was a 100% professional who used keen strategy and integrity to get us the sale we were comfortable with. The whole time we were on the market I was entirely sure that she was doing every thing in her power, using every tool in her arsenal to pull traffic into the house. Heidi was incredible to work with and we will absolutely do it again if we have the need. She took care of everything from getting quotes from contractors and stagers, to managing the work they did on site, to dealing with our difficult HOA board, and advising us on pricing. We ended up with 4 offers after the first weekend, and the house went for the highest price ever in our neighborhood! Cannot recommend her enough if you're in the Northern VA area.
