Grant was exceptional from the first meeting. He quickly demonstrated extensive, realistic knowledge about the area/neighborhood and market conditions. He understood our timeline and goals and made it clear he was working towards those from the start. He was quick to respond and continuously communicated to manage our expectations. Our condo sale exceeded our expectations in every way and we would work with Grant again in a heartbeat!
