David Evans and the MDT team were a dream to work with as we sold our beloved home of 25 years. First, David showed his love for our house, which warmed our hearts. Then, he had a number of great ideas for how to get our house ready. All this prep could have been enormously stressful for us, but David consistently helped us with big tasks and small and helped us feel at ease as we tackled them. Then David and his teammates did a marvelous job of managing the open houses and showings to prospective buyers. They kept us constantly updated and told us how well we were doing. The end result was our receiving multiple offers on our home and a sale price above what we expected. Well, actually, MDT weren’t done. They also played a key, reassuring role in the settlement process. We are so grateful to David and the whole MDT team and wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else!

David is great. He's extremely personable and offered helpful practical advise while my wife and I were looking to find our first home. David was readily available for appointments and showings, patient with the questions we had about the buying process, and made an otherwise stressful process as unstressful as it could be. Mark has been great to work with and assisted us with both the purchase of our first home (DC condo) and later the sale of the same property. Moving from out the area, Mark was knowledgeable and helpful in helping us to understand neighborhoods and communities, finding options that fit our needs, helping identify things that might be common pitfalls for first time buyers, and navigate the home purchase process with ease. After moving on from several agents before turning to Mark, he was a breath of fresh air and really understood how to help us with local knowledge and assisting where we needed help while trying to buy from out of state. On the sale end, he was great at leading the effort while we lived out of the area. He was quick to handle prepping the unit for listing including coordinating maintenance, cleaning, and other work for us, getting photos and floors plans, showing the unit, and making the process as easy as possible. Highly recommend for whatever your needs are. A great agent and a great person!
