The sale of my condo was a painless process. I was so nervous and had all kinds of anxiety, but my realtor, Khaneshia Pagan assured me everything would be OK. She and her team did a fantastic job staging and giving me the suggestions that aided in the sale! Closing was smooth, and done quicker than I thought. I had a great experience!

Glen is a true professional. He’s very knowledgeable about the area and his negotiation skills are extremely exceptional. Responsiveness was also key for us - at one point I thought to myself, “there has to be two Glens”. This was our 2nd time working with Glen to purchase and will definitely work with him again if we decide to buy or sell.

Patrick has been our real estate agent (more like family now) since 2019 and he truly is amazing! He assisted us with buying as well as selling of our home. He is exceptional with his knowledge in this space, knows the ins and outs and works very closely with his clients. Patrick is extremely personable, reliable, efficient, and focused! He will always put you 1st as his clients. Him and his team did such an amazing job of staging our home, it sold in one weekend! There were a few hiccups from the buyer end but Patrick took care of all the issues behind the scenes without stressing us out. He is really good at what he does so go with him and his team. you will be pleased!
