Brooke Betts is an invaluable member of the team. we met her during an open house and her knowledge and warm personality was refreshing. She went above and beyond showing us numerous houses at crazy hours and days. Buying a home from another state can be overwhelming, however, we never felt pressured. We are also very grateful for help with the closing process and for making our dream a reality!

I am so grateful Zillow linked me with Brooke over a year ago. At the time, Brooke really worked with us to find something but we decided to hold off until the we were more certain of what area we wanted to be in. A year passed by and we decided it was time to get serious and find a home. I knew I needed to reach back out to Brooke and she was ready to help us once again. Throughout the year she had checked in and sent some info about real estate and it was so helpful to have that info when getting ready to start the home buying process. This past week we closed on our first home and Brooke was amazing!!! She is so friendly and just makes you feel so understood. She took her time to help us find options and got us into homes for viewing fast! She walked us through everything with the home buying process and really went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of accordingly. She was so knowledgeable on all areas and knew how to handle business. We needed some home repairs before closing and she did extra research ahead of time to ensure all avenues were covered with the issue. She really had our best interest at heart. She was always available for a text or call and really made us feel more comfortable with the whole process. She was fast with communication and never kept us in the air. If ever there was a question she was unsure about- she reached out to an expert to get us the answers we needed. I would highly recommend Brooke to any family or friend looking to buy a home! We needed FAST! After being on the market for a few months, we just needed to sell! New photos, a new price , some light staging and an offer above asking price in 3 days! Melody definitely delivered! Highly recommend! Thanks Melody and Team!
