It was a great experience selling our house. Melody from Team Anderson was the best agent we have worked with. She took care of the details of getting our house ready for market when we moved out and we received a great offer on the first showing! She showed us how to get the most "bank for the buck" when prepping our house for sale and handled negotiations smoothly after contract. Really happy with everything.

Erica and the members at Team Anderson Realty are the way to go! We knew that Erica's agent, Danielle Victor, would be our realtor when we met her at a Zillow showing request and she arrived with all of the information she could find on the house we viewed. She collected that information in about an hour! Tonya is an exceptional realtor. She is a pleasure to work with. Her guidance and expertise was so valuable to us throughout the process of purchasing our home. She is an incredibly patient and understanding person. She took the time to listen and ask us questions to learn exactly what our preferences were. Tonya went above and beyond, tirelessly searching for properties and had such patience with us as scheduling viewings when both my husband and I were available could be challenging and short notice. Her knowledge of the market is so valuable and her connections and recommendations for different types of resources and people we specifically needed were outstanding. Very unprofessional realtor. She made an appointment to show clients our house on a Sunday morning, little time to be out but we were ready. Husband had to leave his apartment early to accommodate showing, the cancelled 10 minutes before requested time! Thoughtless amd wasteful our time!
