We’ve had the best experience hiring Mike Montpetit and Town & Country Realty to represent us during the sale of our home. Mike is an excellent communicator. From the moment we spoke, Mike put us at ease. He came to our home and presented a marketing proposal that we felt was well thought-out. He was prepared and knowledgeable. Mike provided us access to handyman/vendors who were reasonably priced. Mike offered suggestions on a few minor home improvements prior to going "live" which made a big difference in being able to get the most of our listing price. Mike was spot-on with our listing price and our home sold in 21 days. He is a top-notch negotiator, problem solver, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, always available by text, call or email - very responsive and easy-going. His entire staff is fantastic, follow-up is great, very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Picking Mike Montpetit, founder of Town & Country Realty Inc. to sell my home was the best decision I ever made which says alot as I have bought and sold many homes with other realtors. I don’t even know where to start. I was planning to interview a few people, spoke to Mike first and never needed to call anybody else…he was very personable, took the time to answer my questions with patience and expertise (i have ALOT of questions ??) He knows real estate inside and out as he is third generation in this field and shared/addressed many of his past professional experiences that were related to my concerns. He also has his MBA in marketing and has excellent street smarts too. It just felt right to go with him. That being said, he has built an incredible dream team that works together seamlessly. I was able to do a same day double closing with a bit of luck but mostly because of their amazing ability to navigate it. It is no wonder his company is ranked in Top 100Teams 2024. I also decided to buy with T & C as i was also very impressed with Jason on his team. Not pushy, experienced and tells it like it is. Everyone was So knowledgeable, professional and real. They are courteous, and listen, giving respectful advice when needed. The experience of buying and selling with this group was just plain wonderful and took alot of the stress off me versus having an unresponsive or overextended realtor where you feel like a number. No, not with Town & Country, they are Extremely attentive, responsive, and basically you just feel like family. The thing that initially drew me to hire him was reading a review that pointed out his community oriented attitude. For example, he has an annual Thanksgiving celebration where he invites all of his clients ??. I cannot wait to attend it! I would highly recommend working with Mike. It has been such a rewarding journey. He is a rare breed, extremely hard working and truly has the client’s best interest at heart.

Mike and team did a fantastic job in helping us helping us sell our house. Great communication , very knowledgeable and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell homes.

Mike is very easy to work with. He listens to what you have to say and adjusts accordingly. Even though we were moving from another state, and not always here, he kept us constantly in the loop and was always just a text, e-mail, or call away. Buying a house can be really exciting but at the same time very stressful process. We are thankful to the Town and Country Realty Inc. especially Mike Montpetit for taking the whole burden and making the whole process easy and smooth for us. He and Meghan Negotiated in our best interests, using concrete factual data. Help you find right inspector and a reputed closing company to expedite the process. Before we finalized on the house he even helped us find a temporary rental place in ideal location. He guided us in every step of the way, while making sure we don’t feel overwhelmed with the process. I highly recommend Mike and his services.
