Justine is wonderful to work with. Her personility and level of knowledged is everything!! Coming from out of state, Justine was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible after a bad experiance with the previous agent.. If Justine didn’t pick up, she would always call right back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously!! I was so impressed wiith her responsiveness and the level of knowlege that she possessed in realestate, She taught me a lot. She took time to go over processes with me that I don't understand and prepared me to make the right decision when choosing the right property. I am all moved in and very satified with thr frvidion I made and so greatful for Justines patience..

Josh is the BEST! We are in the process of purchasing a home and Josh is our realtor. This is the 3rd home we’ve purchased in our lifetime and so we have worked previously with different realtors and I thought I had good experiences with them until Josh came along. His experience, expertise, demeanor, and attentiveness are nothing like we’ve ever experienced before. He was ALWAYS available and worked to get same day viewings for us with hardly any notice. Every house we looked at, he was inspecting too and was super transparent about anything he noticed. He really does care. When it came time to put an offer in, he was straight to the point and was the same when dealing with the realtor that was selling the home. NC isn’t the easiest home buying process, but he walked us through every piece of it; he was super clear with his explanations and in keeping us in the loop. In a sea of realtors, don’t waste your time with anyone else. Josh is amazing. If you do work with him, he sets the bar very high! So should you have to use anyone else after him, you will definitely be disappointed.
