Silvia was thrown into my home purchase and she showed up!! She took me on as a buyer and my home purchase made her a transactional agent (Realtor that represents both seller and buyer). She was extremely knowledgeable and super fair. She was fully transparent, honest, and trustworthy looking out for the good of both buyer and seller. She explained every step of the process very well. She answered promptly whenever I called or got back to me immediately. She made the whole process easy! I didn't feel any stress, ever. She was made to be a realtor! Above all that, she is kind, observant, and very very sweet! Her personality bubbles and she goes the extra mile to relate with compassion and empathy.
