Denise stepped up to the challenge after reaching out to her under distressing circumstances. You see, my sister had a medical emergency that culminated into a lifelong debilitation which left me in a crunch to immediately travel across the Country to relocated her to a care home and prepare her Condo for sale. From the get go, Denise was dedicated to the cause! She navigated the challenges we faced throughout the entire process with ease and grace, professionalism, expertise, and compassion. Denise was on top of it, and ahead of it every step of the way. She went above and beyond the call of duty with her onsite assistance with contractors, cleaning services, staging, and even making extra keys for the front door, since I could not be there much of the time. Denise is an exceptional realtor! I highly recommend her to anyone in need of assistance with buying or selling their property.

Based on information she solicited in an inital phone conversation about my life circumstances and my motivation for selling my condo, she intuited and expressed understanding of the challenges of a major life transition I dreaded as a widowed senior. She then proceeded to guide me with warmth and skill through the process of preparing for the listing of my home, the scheduling of showings by prospective buyers' agents, and the ultimate sales and close of escrow. Denise Lucchesi has helped us purchase two homes and sell one, and in all cases she has exceeded our expectations, helping us with all aspects of the purchase or sale. She found us a home before it was listed, when we were struggling to find a large enough place to fit our family. She gave us very important advice for staging the house we sold and sold it very quickly for a great price. And she managed the complex process of gaining inspections, repairs and insurance for our newest home, efficiently and enthusiastically. We had an excellent experience with Denise during this challenging Sonoma County market. She never seemed stressed, rushed or distracted. We always felt like we were the main focus of her time, on the phone at 10 p.m. or in person at 8 a.m. As prices quickly increased in Petaluma, where she has years of experience, she led the search with a comprehensive grasp of the Santa Rosa area and beyond. Denise’s calm assurances that we would find a great place kept us hopeful until we finally placed a winning bid. A competing buyer offered thousands more, but thanks to Denise’s diligence and amazing grasp of strategy, we’re now happy to be remodeling our charming new home. Denise is a miracle worker and, as first-time home buyers, we are so very grateful for her incredible database of knowledge, community connections, negotiation skills, and her absolute all around integrity. After the Northern CA fires, the market became even more competitive and she quickly learned our tastes. Even with limited inventory, Denise never pushed us into something we didn’t want and when we did find our ideal country property, it came with a long and super-complicated escrow. Denise proved herself ten-fold and went above and beyond the call of duty, putting in endless amounts of time for research and difficult meetings to facilitate all parties coming to necessary agreements. Her patient persistence and professionalism carried us through to the very end. She has continued to help after sale with valuable contractor recommendations in order to help get our fixer in tip-top shape. We can not say enough about how happy we are.
