We worked with Brenda to purchase a home in Boulder's Dakota Ridge neighborhood and could not have been more impressed with her exceptional professionalism, communication, and problem solving. Brenda immediately set the right tone by working with us to identify our home purchase needs and to explore property priorities and tradeoffs. We appreciated that she was fully open to all of our ideas—from lower-cost properties that needed renovation to modern turnkey condos in different neighborhoods—and walked us through the pros and cons of each. Whenever issues or questions arose, she was immediately available by text or phone to discuss our options. After numerous home viewings, she always maintained a cheerful demeanor and effectively refined our search as we learned more about the market and available inventory. Her sound advice also helped us to navigate a transaction we needed to terminate after inspection. Specifically, when we identified a potential issue, she quickly found a structural engineer that provided clear and sound advice, which made our decision easy. Once made, Brenda worked seamlessly in the background to represent our interests. Lastly, we could rely on Brenda to keep track of all transaction details and tie off loose ends that could otherwise complicate a sale, such as handling Q&A with the sellers agent, coordinating with title and finance institutions, and tracking deliverables under the purchasing agreement. It was truly a pleasure working with Brenda and we would not hesitate to work with her again!

I would recommend Brenda to all friends and family. She goes the extra mile and is very encouraging. There were many times we got discouraged in this crazy market- she was able to ease our anxiety and help us push forward. She has many great connections in the real estate world and was able to find us our very first home. We are forever grateful!

Brenda helped us purchase a home in Colorado while we were in Maryland. We could not have done it without her. She was always available via text, email and phone to answer our endless questions, weekdays & weekends. She was so knowledgeable on the different areas, down to specific neighborhoods. Brenda was so kind and helpful to our son who will be living in the home. He is a young man with no real estate knowledge and Brenda did a lot of hand holding that went above and beyond anything I was expecting. She was able to perfectly balance our financial needs with my son’s wishlist. I would give her more stars if I could. Brenda is everything you could want in a real estate agent and more. It was like having a good friend looking out for you.

We interviewed multiple realtor candidates, and Brenda was far and away our number one choice. As first time home buyers, we were excited but anxious about all that lay ahead. Brenda eased our fears by meeting with us multiple times throughout the process and making sure we understood everything we were getting ourselves into. Brenda always let us come to our own conclusions about a property, but clearly had our backs in pointing out flaws that we might not have noticed along the way. Brenda’s expertise was evident throughout, and she always came prepared with the facts about a property /comparable offers for the neighborhood. It was clear that she had her finger on the pulse of this market. The biggest relief for us was how we never felt rushed in the buying process, as we toured a good number of homes during our search. When the opportunity to bid on our eventual home came up, Brenda knew how to help us construct a competitive offer. We would use Brenda again without hesitation, and can’t recommend her enough.
