Cassie was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we’d recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. As first-time homebuyers, we had countless questions and she patiently answered every one and walked us through complex real estate processes with ease. Cassie guided us through a few tough moments with failed offers and inspections, always keeping us informed and encouraged. Her communication is exceptional, her knowledge is extensive, and her warm, professional demeanor made the entire process so much easier. Cassie is one of the best agents in the Denver metro area or anywhere for that matter. As a first time home buyer, Cassie took the time to explain everything to us and answer any question that came up. She spent many hours on the phone running through scenarios with us, and always put our interests first, guiding us on negotiating tips and what was expected at each stage. Cassie is super responsive and communicated well via text, email and phone. Over the year we worked with Cassie in a tough market, we truly felt like we trusted her and she got to know us well and it felt like we were working with a friend. Cassie has really good professionals that do thorough inspections if needed for recommendation or she can point you in the right direction on advising on others. She even gave us tips for our lenders that helped us negotiate the best deals all around. We really couldn’t have asked for a better agent for going through this process the first time.

"What more can I say about the Remington team than they are the best in the Denver market! We had owned a rental property that Barry had sold to us 12 years ago and decided that we wanted to sell and be able to travel freely in retirement. Barry and Cassie came to the home with an expert renovation specialist Karen Drozd and they clearly outlined what areas of our home were crucial to repair, replace and update prior to putting the home for sale. The discussions were collaborative to maximize our return on investment and we proceeded. All contractors and work were organized by The Remington Team and Karen Drozd and came in at budget and were completed on time. The next step was to price the property properly and Barry accompanied me to view several homes in our neighborhood to determine our pricing strategy. The home was staged by Karen Drozd’s company Five Empires and Design and photographs taken. Our property was listed on Friday morning and we received a full price cash offer on Saturday morning with a “quick close” of 3 weeks. There were some minor details to be worked out after the contract was signed and Barry and Cassie handled them while we are out of the country! We closed while on vacation as all the details were handled by Barry and Cassie and we never worried about anything.
