Tony was referred to me by my brother. My brother was right- Tony was a great choice. Professional, well informed, realistic, responsive, patient, and adaptive, Tony has the right mix of industry knowledge and people skills. I firmly believe it was that combination that got us to a negotiated sale that felt (to me) as a win-win for both seller & buyer. And if you call, text, or email Tony, don't leave your chair- he gets back to you _quickly_ ! I would definitely recommend Tony.

Tony is a great guy and we not only enjoyed working with him, I actually looked forward to our calls together. Tony is super responsive to requests, has the patience of JOB, understands and is flexible enough to work with different personality types, and knows when to push - and perhaps more importantly - knows when not to push. Before we settled on the house we ultimately bought from Tony, we asked Tony to pursue some properties that were not on the market, and even though that kind of outreach to an owner has a low probability of success, Tony pursued our "targets" with vigor. Our negotiations on the house we did buy from Tony took much longer than typical, and Tony never gave up. Highly recommend. DC

Tony's knowledge and experience was invaluable in getting a great price for my home and a seamless, quick closing. I'd posted the house on Zillow and tried to sell it myself for a couple of months when Tony reached out and explained how he could help. From the moment we met I felt comfortable with his level of integrity and expertise. I was impressed by his responsiveness and confidence that I could achieve my goal of a quick closing and a bottom line figure from the proceeds. I wasn't disappointed! We had a full price offer one day after listing and closed in three weeks with the net proceeds that I had wanted. I highly recommend Tony and would entrust him with any future real estate transactions.

This is my 6th home/land purchase and Tony is far away the best realtor I have EVER worked with. That’s really because he is only a realtor in profession, he is a problem solver and a relentless communicator. Maybe his best trait is his ability to listen to buyers and support their needs with his broad level of connectivity and expertise. Genuinely, you would be crazy not to work with Tony on real estate ventures in Northeast FLA!

Tony helped my wife and I buy our first home. He was extremely patient with us and very knowledgeable about our area of interests. We toured over a dozen homes with Tony and he really listens to his clients and goes the extra mile with customer service. Once we found our home, the sale went extremely smoothly with no problems or issues with the process or closing. We are over the moon with a place that we can build our lives together and finally call our home.
