Amelia Sabater worked miracles for me. I have champagne tastes on a beer budget after an expensive divorce and two cancer diagnoses. It was a tall order but thanks to Amelia’s persistence and tough negotiating skills I got into a beautiful brand new home on budget with a gorgeous preserve view and with literally everything single thing on my wishlist in the perfect location. She meticulously followed up on every question I had of every property of interest, was very patient with my challenging situation, kept my hope alive and brilliantly represented my interests at every step of the process to secure my my dream house in just a few short months. I will be eternally grateful for her persistence, patience and optimism that kept us on track and made a seemingly impossible dream a reality.
