Melissa Ricks is a phenomenal real estate agent. She is super knowledgeable and knows her stuff. She is such a go getter and we followed her lead and followed her instructions and we got our house under contract in 48 hours. House selling and buying is such a stressful process but I am so fortunate that we had her as a real estate agent because experience and skill is truly unmatchable.

Melissa will ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy. She will everything in her power to make sure you get exactly what you want in this experience. She has shown time and time again that she is always there for us , whether it’s just a question, if we are stressed, or we just want to vent. Her passion for this job is honestly unmatched. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. The best there is.
