My wife and I didn't have a contact for an agent when we started looking as we prepping to sell our home, and after finding Tim Schepers, we feel like we couldn't have found a better agent. As a starting point, we did rely on these reviews - and Tim's were all 5 stars...And its absolutely for a reason! Tim is everything you'd want in an agent, he's experienced in the market, he listens to our thoughts and took them into consideration, he was responsive - the complete package. Having an experienced agent like Tim working for you really helped us getting through the day to day process of selling our home. Use Tim, you will not regret it!

Tim is a very personable and likable guy. He handled the sale of our house in a very professional manner and sold it in just a few days. He communicated well with us and was prompt in answering our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him.
