Mike was the best in helping us purchase our first home. He truly had our best interest in mind and made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. He was knowledgeable, kind, and patient as we looked at several properties. We appreciated his honesty greatly—he never tried to push us into a sale, and he was always transparent when a home wasn’t a good investment or had potential issues. We’re so grateful we had Mike guiding us through such an important decision!

We had an amazing experience working with Steve! We truly cannot recommend Mike enough. From the very first meeting all the way through closing on our new house and old house, Mike has been the most responsive, resourceful, knowledgable and kind realtor we have ever worked with. He dealt with unforeseen changes with ease; he had a person/contractor/contact for every thing you could ever need when selling/buying; he truly learns what it is that you want in a new house and makes sure to help you find exactly that (and not letting you settle). He was able to make our offer appealing in other ways that just waiving an inspection and even had us beat out other offers that waived an inspection. You can tell how much he loves the work he does and how much he cares about his clients. You truly will be so happy you reached out to Mike to have him on your team as you move/buy/sell!!

Steve Varhol was awesome to work with. He made sure to prepare us for every step of the selling abd buying process. He helped us determine our strategy for both selling our house and buying a new one and made sure we had reasonable expectations for both. One of the things we really liked is that Steve never talked down to us and was always honest and forthright with us. He was also amazing to go to showings with. As he learned our likes and dislikes he would start to point out the things he knew would be important to us and would start to anticipate the questions we'd ask. Steve also did an great job representing us in the negotiation process. On the selling side of things he brought us every offer we had and helped explain the pros and cons of each offer so that we could make the best, informed, decision of which offer to go with. On the buying side, once we settled on a house, he helped us craft a strong offer that not only was fair to the seller but saved us money that we were able to invest in the house in the form of upgrades to our new house. It wasn't all smooth sailing, and this is where Steve really shined. We had an offer on our house and the we were getting close to our closing date. We felt good about the offer and that the sale would go through. So we had found a house we wanted to put an offer on. We were in the process of having an offer drafted for the house when Steve called us and let us know that the offer on our house fell through and the buyer wasn't going to get approved for their loan. This was a huge blow to us and we were devastated. Steve made sure to stay in touch with us and made sure that he had plans for how to get our house back on the market and get more open houses scheduled. He made sure we knew that this wasn't the end and we'd get our house sold. It didn’t take him that long either before he ended up bringing us an even stronger offer that allowed us to get the house we ended up with and it turned out to be the absolute perfect house for us. If you choose Steve to be your realtor, this is the kind of care and professionalism that you can expect and he doesn't just disappear after you buy or sell. He continues to check in with us and make sure we are still happy with our home.
