Where do I even begin with Lisa! Right off the bat she has a welcome, warm energy to her. She is one who WILL LISTEN to your wants and needs a MILLION times. She is one you can crack a joke to, share a laugh with and ask endless questions to and she will always bring an answer to the table. She is quick with her ways and I cannot thank her enough for sticking with my significant other and MY PICKY SELF throughout this overwhelming/exciting journey it was with her help buying our first home. I would recommend Lisa to anyone who wants someone who feels like a genuine friend who will professionally get things done. She listened to all our new home buyer questions even if they were repeated she would still answer. She worked late hours of the night with us which we are so grateful for. She was kind and welcoming to our kids as well! Thank you Lisa, again, you absolutely rock my socks. I cannot thank you enough!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Andy as our realtor. From the very beginning, he was incredibly pleasant and easy to work with—always friendly, approachable, and professional. Andy went above and beyond to show us a wide range of properties, often on very short notice, and was always patient and accommodating. What really stood out was his sound, thoughtful advice at every step of the process. We felt confident in our decisions knowing we had someone so knowledgeable and honest guiding us. Andy made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and even enjoyable. We would 100% recommend Andy to any of our friends or family—he’s a true gem in the real estate world!

I started working with Lisa about 5 - 6 months back when I was in AZ and I had decided I wanted to move back to MN in the spring. In my initial conversation with Lisa, she asked me many questions to best understand what I was looking for in a house. She developed a profile and sent me multiple types of homes to consider and modifed the search rules so by the time I was ready to look in earnest the houses that I was considering were mostly types, styles, price, area, ... of what I wanted. I did not need to sort through the selections to find the houses I was interested in. Once I started picking houses Lisa seemed dedicated to my needs every day. She followed up on my questions, she seemed to always be a step ahead of me and I did not loose time waiting for answers. Another thing that I really liked is that she was very careful in not trying to influence my views on any of the houses I looked at. I was truly making my own decision. Her knowledge of the market was extensive and she seemed to have a lot of contacts to help provide incite. I really enjoyed working with her and the house I choose met all of my primary needs and them some. I would use her again when I am in the house market again.

Brian was great to work with. He followed up promptly with sellers agent for a number of questions that I had. He showed me numerous properties and helped to get the condo that I really wanted at a good price.
