Tiffany was an incredible agent who assisted us with an our investment property negotiation and purchase. She was amazing with her knowledge regarding this complicated purchase while making sure we got the best deal. Tiffany’s stayed on top of the transaction every step of the way keeping us informed all the way thru closing. I loved how assertive she was in the details! I’d definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a knowledgeable agent with a “bulldog” kind of attitude looking out for your best interest!

As two retired military members, my husband and I can be a bit persnickety about….well….everything! :) Having Tiffany as our realtor was by far the best decision we’ve made in a long time; she is thorough, prepared, efficient, responsive, knowledgeable, fiercely protective of her clients’ investments and rights, and has integrity beyond reproach. Working with her we witnessed two other realtors who had questionable morals and are so thankful that Tiffany is focused on doing the right thing even when no one is looking. In a business relationship, trust reigns supreme and we trust Tiffany implicitly! It takes a lot to impress us and we have been blown away by Tiffany. She answered a million “dumb” questions for us without ever making us feel less than-that’s an art in itself. Getting to know Tiffany through both the home purchasing and home selling processes we have enjoyed getting to know Tiffany and deduced that she’s a great human being! Compassionate, focused, tenacious, nonjudgmental, with a huge heart. A mix of qualities you want…no…need…in a realtor in today’s market! Working with Tiffany Hauser to both buy and sell the same house was an incredible experience! From the moment we decided to make the move, Tiffany's guidance and expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On the selling side, Tiffany’s market insights were spot-on. She helped us prepare our home for sale, provided strategic advice on pricing, and ensured we had a strong marketing plan. Thanks to her efforts, we received competitive offers quickly and were able to sell our home at a fantastic price. What made Tiffany truly exceptional was her ability to help us navigate buying our home from out of state. We purchased site unseen. She was over at the contracted property more than I would have ever requested from her. She found several issues and we were able to get them addressed before closing. She monitored progress and kept us up to date before I even thought to ask. She went above and beyond to get us to the closing table - and on time!! Tami did an awesome job guiding us through the whole process. Really appreciated her constantly updating her marketing efforts in a difficult market and visiting the property while we were gone to inform us on the state of the home. She was very quick to get us feedback from showings and had suggestions lined up to address any feedback. Overall very pleased with her work and communication. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to hire her as their agent.
