Three types of people I don’t trust: REALTORS and car salesmen. Buying a home is a big investment and should be a memorable moment. The last thing you want to do is trust your money and this special moment with someone you don’t trust. However Josh has changed the game. The agent always showed up before our arrival making sure we were always received with a warm welcome and a positive energy. He made himself available to us even outside of business hours all while providing updates in a timely manner. Josh is an excellent listener who cares very much about his clients concerns and needs. He provided great intel and advice on the neighborhood and our lot. His professionalism and honesty along with his commitment, friendliness, and honesty truly made this experience a great success and we couldn’t be happier to have worked with Josh. He definitely eased the mistrust I had with realtors he is truly the best!!! Next time you are looking for a realtor CHOOSE JOSH.

Josh Hernandez, did a great job in helping me find a home. He took the time to explain certain aspects of the home buying process that I was unfamiliar with. He was always willing to answer my calls and if he did not answer he got back with me in a timely manner. It took me awhile to decide on a home and Josh never became impatient with me or tried to rush me into a home. I would definitely recommend him to any interested in purchasing a home.

Raseen was very knowledgeable and efficient. He changed his search criteria several times when I changed my mind about what I was looking for and he consistently found great matches. He answered our calls and texts right away, and he always followed through on whatever he said he was going to do. I completely trusted him to take care of most matters and I am very pleased with the service. I highly recommend Raseen to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

If I could give 10 stars instead of 5 it STILL wouldn’t be able to measure up to how well raseen helped me out through the home buying process. Raseen managed to find the perfect location, perfect house, and price for me ,and all the benefits in such a short time. I am forever grateful to have gotten to know a good realtor like this guy.
