Stephen was just great! He was the only realtor I interviewed that correctly valued my home. Every other realtor I spoke with wanted to list at a much lower price even though I had an appraisal already that was much higher then they wanted to list. We had a full price offer the first day it listed and it closed without an issue. Stephen was on top of everything. I cannot thank him enough.

My husband and I highly recommend Elyse McDaniel for buying/selling a home. We found Elyse through the Dave Ramsey website. We had a previous difficult out-of-state experience when selling our home; we were nervous about moving forward with the home buying process. Elyse was attentive, listened to our concerns and what we were hoping to find, and worked under a specific timeline. She was patient, kind, and took time to explain the entire process. Elyse was very proactive in researching several options. She was an advocate for us in the negotiating process and during home inspection. Elyse was amazing and patient with us! She was so well informed able it the properties we were interested in and was always willing to show us anything at any time! Her aftercare is wonderful too! Would recommend her 10/10!

Stephen has helped me buy two homes in six years and I can’t say enough about how responsive he is, and what a good negotiator he is. He negotiated a contract well below asking price, then he recommended great contractors to provide needed services at the house.
