We worked with Paige Pennington and she provided us with the absolute best service we could have hoped for. I have to say working with Paige Pennington with the Rezvani Property Group was probably the best experience I have had working with Realtors. I live in Florida and was heading back to Florida after a very long road trip. My wife and I randomly wanted to see a log cabin in NC and called the realtor we saw on Zillow (there were several recommendations but we luckily called Paige). She met us at the property and long story short we got under contract. Since I live in Florida, Paige made sure to meet the inspector, set me up with an internet company, connect me with the Propane company, work through some small negotiations and goto bat for me with the seller and so much more. The biggest clue that she is A+ at what she does and understands customer service is now that we have closed i have the internet and gas company coming later in the month to install, they let me know someone must be there with the techs, Paige said no problem at all she will be there to make sure it gets done. She could have easily have "been busy" as the deal is done but she understands service and how to treat and work woth her clients. I couldn't recommend Paige more if you are looking for a home.

Nikki was incredible! I do not think anyone else could have done what she was able to accomplish. She was patient and easy to work with. A few problems came up and she sought solutions immediately. She knows how to "think outside the box." Others had listed my property before but were unable to get the job done. I was not an easy client, but Nikki convinced me of some very important things that really promoted the successful sell. Thank you, Nikki!
