Paige did an outstanding job helping us buy a home in the price range we requested. She sent us links to properties that were possibilities. She gave us pros and cons for each one. Paige was always available by phone, either answering the call/text or calling us back quickly. Communicating with her was a breeze. She researched every question we asked and provided us with answers and/or options. Paige was by our side throughout the home buying process. Paige was fantastic and if you are looking for a professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and polite real estate agent, she is the BEST!

Paige did a fantastic job. We worked closely to figure out a best offer, she kept everybody involved, communicating and working to close the sale. She is and was always available, always friendly, and provides services beyond what any other realtor will. She inspected the property numerous times, found us a rental company, recommended people to help modernize and improve the condo, took care of the transfer of keys, locks and all the little details when going into a new home. I am lucky she is my realtor.

We can't say enough kind things about our experience working with Nikki, Molly, and the Team. Nikki's breadth of knowledge was evident at every step and she was so thoughtful throughout the entire process, both selling and buying. My wife and I can't recommend Nikki and the Rezvani property group highly enough!

Well, what can I say?!!! First of all, I don't typically leave reviews for anyone. However my wife and I felt this review was truly warranted, so here we go... What an amazing experience working with Ruth Walker and her team! From the minute we met Ruth over an initial phone call fielding us as a potential buyer/client, Ruth made us feel like family right from the start and truly listened to our property wish list and worked really hard to make sure we were getting everything we wanted and then some. Ruth's local area knowledge about the due diligence process was definitely something that made us feel like she was on our team and playing the team captain role leading the way to make sure we examined all of our options and potential unforeseen conditions that an undeveloped property could possibly present to us. The whole Keller Williams - Rezvani Property Group team made us feel so welcomed and important with open lines of constant communication and complete transparency throughout the entire property acquisition period regarding scheduling all of the property visits, guidance through the due diligence period and finally preparing for closing. Paige from the team did an amazing job helping us find and secure our next project. She was organized and coordinated with all parties involved to ensure we closed on time. She also helped us negotiate with the seller to ensure that both parties felt like they were walking from the deal satisfied. Highly recommend and will be certainly coming back to this team in the future.
