We had an amazing experience working with Sean! He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always available to answer every question we had. When we had questions about negotiating the offer, understanding the inspection report, and even remodeling ideas or facts about materials in the home he took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident in our decisions. From start to finish, he guided us through the process and made buying a house feel so much easier and less stressful. We truly felt supported every step of the way and couldn’t recommend him more!

Rusteen guided me through the purchase of a new home and then yje sale of my previous home. The purchase process was a long one because I took my time finding the perfect place. Rusteen was a great resource because he was very knowledgeable about many different San Diego neighborhoods. On each of the properties I looked at, he gave me very honest pros and cons, always keeping my best interest in mind. I valued and relied on his input. When we found “the” place, Rusteen was an astute negotiator. After my offer was accepted, he and his team guided me through the inspection and paperwork process and everything went very smoothly. When it came time to put my previous home on the market, Rusteen and Sean gave me sound advice on a listing price, as well as all the repairs/improvements that should be made before listing. The property sold for more than asking price in less than two weeks, with multiple offers. I could not be more pleased, and I’m very grateful.

This was our third transaction this past year with Sean and his team. Without a doubt, we invest our trust and commitment in Sean and will recommend him to our friends and family. He made the selling process smooth and hassle-free. Our property sold in minimal time for over the asking price, and we couldn't have been more thrilled. All systems were in place with Sean's excellent communication skills, professionalism, and extensive market knowledge. His strong supporting cast, especially Rebecca, was also readily available to answer any and all of our questions (and we usually had a lot!) with strong knowledge and expertise. We highly recommend Sean for his superior service and dedication to his clients.

I received a call from Sean telling me my appraisal had come in lower than our asking price. Normally this would have been a big deal. I never heard back from Sean as he was able to negotiate with the buyers agent and buyers to get them to take a higher loan amount which in turn did not affect the sales price. This transaction closed on time and in a very short time (2 weeks). I was impressed with Sean's whole team starting with his brother Rustine who ran our open houses, to Rebecca who kept me apprised of all the feedback after every open house. The escrow team that Sean selected was on it and had us sign prior to closing as we were moving out of the country. This was by far the smoothest transaction I've ever experienced. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sean and his team. Thank you guys loving my new life in Puerto Vallarta Mexico.
