Jen did such an amazing job helping us find the perfect home in San Diego! She always had an answer to every question, and every need. To this day, I can contact her for contacts to help with upgrades or repairs. She is a wealth of information and truly cares about her clients. She's the best!

Michelle showed me some condos and townhomes late in 2024, and I was working with her to put an offer together. I clearly asked her to only show me condos where there were either no weight restrictions on dogs, or where my dog would be under the weight restriction. She showed me places that had weight restrictions where my dog would be well over the limit. I understand that sometimes this weight restriction information can be hard to find. However, she still pushed me to put in an offer on a place that we discovered had a weight limit that my dog was over. I don't feel that she had my best interest in mind, and I felt throughout the process that she only cared about her bottom line, ie making a sale. I would not recommend working with her.

10/5 Stars (if we could) I don’t even know where to start with Joanna. What an awesome agent! From the moment we met her, we knew she was the one we wanted to work with. We couldn’t have had a better experience. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped us strategize our offer perfectly and managed to land us the house of our dreams despite really tough competition, and without overpaying. What stood out most was how genuinely invested she was in helping us find the right home. It always felt like she had our best interests at heart, never pushing, always guiding, and making sure every decision made sense for us. Joanna knows the area inside and out, and she’s an excellent negotiator. From start to finish, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We genuinely loved working with her and couldn’t recommend her more highly. I’ll be mentioning her name to anyone even thinking about buying a home. We used Chad to list and sell 2 condos 8 years apart. Both times, he nailed the listing price, resulting in immediate offers that sailed through both times. For the recent sale, Chad and team engaged all the right vendors to prep for sale, and the upgrades were practical and instrumental. Chad and his Associate Kelly were extremely accessible and professional. Definitely the dream team for us since we were not located near the property. Everything sailed through due to their experience and skill handling the few potentially sensitive issues that arose.
