Marla has now helped us sell 2 homes and buy 1. She was outstanding in all 3 transactions. We recently bought a home in a different state and had to use a different agent. So i can tell you there is a huge difference between an excellent agent and a good agent. Our entire experience with her was smooth and easy. Dylan and his team were great to work with. From our first contact with him through our closing he was very responsive to every question we had and followed up with us frequently. Simone was amazing in helping us purchase a second home for our son to live in. He is in a wheelchair and Simone paid extra attention to his needs and worked with us to find a home that worked perfectly for him. We had initially wanted to purchase a condo, but couldn't really find one that would not need a lot of renovations to make it livable for him. The only one we did find that worked perfect and was in a desirable area for him was a Short Sale that the seller never responded to. We finally decided to look at homes instead and Simone was so patient and attentive. She went above and beyond in arranging viewings - at one point we looked at 5 homes in one day. It took almost 2 months to find something. We had decided on a property that wasn't ideal, as it needed a lot of work, but was listed at a very low price. Right after we had put an offer in we found the perfect home. Simone arranged a viewing within a few hours of contacting her and we put an offer in that night. She worked tirelessly to make sure we found just the right home, and did all this while pregnant with her second child! She always responded right away and worked around my son's work schedule to make sure he was able to view all the homes he wanted. She was very honest with her assessment of the homes we looked at, indicating which ones would work better for him than others. I can't thank her enough for all she did for us. She answered all our questions honestly and without judgement. Her only goal was to help us find the perfect home and she went above and beyond in helping us find it. I highly recommend Simone to anyone looking to purchase a home. She will not steer you wrong and will do whatever it takes to help you find your dream home!

She was heaven sent. We ended up having a very complicated sell transaction with 5 stacked up deals dependent on each other closing and she took the lead and worked tirelessly to make sure all parties to the transactions were performing their part in making all the transactions happen together. It worked out flawlessly. She listens well and was very sensitive to our specific requirements in the transaction. She even went out of her way to assist us on our buy transaction as well, a transaction she had zero interest in. I would not hesitate to provide her a reference.
