Robert is one of if not the best around. Very knowledgeable about the area, knows what price is going to get your home sold and off the market in a reasonable amount of time. He does the research, puts a lot of effort into getting your home sold. I don’t think you’ll find anyone else that works harder than him to get your home sold. My home was only on the market for 3 days before it was under contract. 10/10 would and will recommend Robert to anyone I know.

My dad had a great experience working with Robert Whitesides to sell his house. He is super easy to work with—always available to answer questions and kept him in the loop the whole time. He knows the market really well and helped him price it right, which led to multiple offers and a quick sale. I felt like he was in good hands from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Robert to anyone looking to sell their home!

Matt helped me find my house in Anderson back in October of 2024. Matt was very knowledgeable of the home-buying process. He helped me get a great pre-approval and made the home-buying process a lot easier than I expected. With me being a first-time home buyer at the time and not knowing anything, Matt explained everything I needed to know in a way I could understand and made the process a lot less stressful. If I was unsure about anything or just needed any info, I could call Matt up and he would have an answer for me and help me out with anything in the process. Smart and dedicated realtor with a bright future ahead of him. Next time I’ll buy or sell a house, I will be looking to do business with Matt again!

I have to sing praises about Robert. He sat us down before anything and showed us trends in our areas and realistic numbers that would make our house sell fast! He made sure we understood percentages going to the sellers/buyers and realtors, and made sure that we made an informed decision with the data and information he gave us. We put our house on sale on a Sunday, and were pending closing by Wednesday! They also have a list of very reputable and fast working contractors who were wonderful and replaced our water heater on short notice 2 days after being contacted. If you are looking for someone to give you not only results but also show you the magic behind the work and make you come out more educated about the real estate business then this team is for you!
