Veronica worked with us for almost 6 months to help us find the right home. And we finally did! We had a lot of criteria and were very picky, but she persisted. She was always very responsive and setup showings quickly for us. Her knowledge and contacts made everything go smoothly from writing the contract through the final closing.

Verónica did an outstanding job during the due diligence time and process. She was able to get information processed quickly from buyer to seller…while she was helpful with the buying process, she was not helpful in finding a house. Actually, I had to call her when I found a house that I lined. On many ocasión, the house that I would call her about, by the time she got around to showing it, it would already be under contract or pending. However, once we get the ball rolling she was great. One other area, it was not made clear to be that withdrawal from a signed contract had to be done during the due diligence period.

We appreciated Veronica showing us many houses and we finally found the right one! :) We appreciated the local knowledge of the area. The closing went smoothly and we can now enjoy our new home. The goodies we were gifted were such useful items and very much appreciated.
