We generally are not review posters, and we hesitate to be too effusive with our praise because people may consider us to be exaggerating. However our realtor, Yolanda Zamora, was outstanding. During a "perfect storm" of family and medical issues, we were selling our house and moving; the potential for complete chaos loomed. Yet Yolanda kept the process so smooth with her organizational skills, communication style, knowledge, connections, and humor. We highly recommend her, with no reservations.

We could not be more grateful that Caroline was recommended to us. She’s by far the best real estate agent we’ve ever had. Moving from out of town, finding a home can be challenging logistically, but she made time for us when we were available for showings in person, booking back-to-back to save time. When we couldn’t make it, she set up virtual appts and sent detailed tour videos. She quickly learned our preferences and adapted to our taste and reflected that understanding in her suggestions for homes we should tour. Her connections and good relationships with other real estate agents in Santa Fe and within her firm, opened up properties to us pre-listing and helped us gauge how competitive a specific offer may have to be. We really enjoyed spending time with her during our showings. She made what is normally a stressful time / process in closing on the house absolutely calm, laying out the schedule, talking us through the whole process, and utilizing all her connections to get the best of the best to inspect the house and provide quotes. Incredibly organized and hard working, you can trust her and her team are on top of every detail and deadline. She scheduled all the inspection appointments and was there for every inspection and knew all the right questions to direct the process impeccably. You can tell she loves a good negotiation and will maximize savings on your home, whether selling or buying! I could not have been happier with the work Tara Earley and her team did for and with me to sell my home and help me find a larger space to fit my current needs in Santa Fe. They presented my home with pride and polish, presenting it’s many wonderful qualities, while being honest about it’s few shortcomings. When helping me search for my perfect new home, Tara helped me find one that checked every single box. She helped me to find experts to check it top to bottom and to negotiate a fair price. Ricky was indispensable. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers looking in the pricey and fast Santa Fe market.
