Chris is a wealth of knowledge. He can discuss land, culture, neighborhoods, house construction, engineering systems in a home and if he doesn't have an answer, he will research until he does. We have worked with Chris twice, the first a land purchase and most recently a home purchase. Both transactions were efficient, timely and actually a pleasure…Not typical in costly transactions. He is an excellent broker and we cant recommend him highly enough. We have worked with other realtors and there is just no comparison.

Goes above and beyond, extra helpful, gets the job done. So grateful for him! He helped for the long haul in a tough market and put in the effort required to get the home sold. He talked through the options on an ongoing basis - excellent and fast communication at all times. I moved out of state, so he was the go-to for everything from cleaners to stagers to showings and open houses, and I trusted him completely to take good care of my home throughout the entire process.

Chris was wonderful to work with. Through the entire process as first time home buyers, he was there to answer our questions and relay and handle our concerns. We appreciated all the knowledge he brought to the table about Santa Fe, who to contact to make possible upgrades or fixes to homes we were considering and to the home we eventually purchased. His realistic, patient, and kind approach helped make the process smooth for all involved. It was fun to work with Chris, and we highly recommend him!!!

Chris has been incredible, whether we were buyers or sellers. We have had 5 transactions, 3 purchases and two sales, with Chris since 2021. He has exceeded expectations during each and every transaction. Since our permanent home is out of state, we have had to rely on our realtor to handle things not normally handled by a realtor. In each and every instance, Chris has volunteered to go above and beyond the norm. He is extremely professional and honest. I cannot imagine any realtor doing a better job than Chris has provided for us.

Chris was nothing short of amazing. He communicates well and was quite helpful in negotiating a lower price and having the sellers complete some additional repairs. He patiently worked with me through various issues that came up and delays in the sale of my investment property in order to do a 1031 Exchange for the new place. I can’t thank him enough for all his help.
