Raquel Was superior I found her very informative and sooooo helpful Not pushy very patient and went above and beyond to help me out. I spoke very highly about her to all of my friends and would recommend her beyond a shadow of a doubt. Very pleased.

Raquel did a great job assisting us with the sale of our home. Her expertise included expert Marketing through enticing pictures and drone videos to generate huge interest. She provided advice on simple appealing home appearance adjustments to aid in the sale. Meticulous appointment scheduling of every interested party leaving no stone unturned and following up after each visit. Guidance on high quality buyers and working to remove contingencies to facilitate the sale. She has quick solutions to problems that arise along the way from contract issues to home fixes required for closing along with a list of qualified contractors with a quick responses and solutions. Expediting every step until the closing is done. If you are buying or selling your home , you want Raquel on your team!

We had the pleasure of working with Raquel Celi this past year to sell our home and also to buy another. Before deciding on a realtor, we interviewed a few before we were truly ready to sell but she was the only who followed up with us and stayed in touch even a year later. When it came time to sell, we knew who to call. We decided on her because she seemed to be genuinely looking out for our interests and not the other way around, as is more common. We looked at houses to buy first before putting up ours for sale. She was patient and available and let us be ourselves instead of trying to sway us in any direction. She was just a great resource to have around because she's an expert at what she does. Our purchase was a complicated one. But she expertly navigated every step of the process and it went smoothly and I truly think if we had someone else, it would have been much more difficult. Regarding our sale, her instructions on our approach to sell set us up for success. She did all the work upfront before the house was put up for sale and not only did we get multiple offers fast but it sold well above asking price and I attribute the success solely to her recommended direction of the process. We would highly recommend Raquel to help with your realtor needs. She is professional, knowledgeable and a master at her craft. Also, she's just very pleasant and fun to be around. One of my kids, even asked about her randomly one day saying "I miss Raquel." You can try to find a better realtor but good luck.

Raquel made buying a home such a breeze. I was new to home buying and had a lot of questions. Raquel was so professional, helpful, and honest. She would answer all of my questions in a timely manner and guided me every step of the way. Raquel explained things so clearly that made it very easy for me to understand. She really cares about her clients. I highly recommend Raquel!!
