Have been working with a over two years trying to find a home. When we couldn't close o a property he helped us find a rental. The following year helped us buy our home. He was patient and listened to what we were looking for. We respected his opinions on the township allowing get familiar with Bergan county better. Made the home buying process as smooth as possible for us and open to answer any questions we had.

Arthur was nothing but a pleasure to work with. My search for a home lasted roughly a year. Arthur was with me and helped me every step of the way. we reviewed the approximately 10 to 15 homes, Arthur’s knowledge of the area helped me come to a decision. Ultimately, I believe I ended up in the correct home for me. We had a few hiccups along the way, including an almost closed deal with another home that eventually fell through. But Arthur stuck around and helped me out till we found the correct home.
