I've known Paul for 12 years,after a few negative experiences with other realtors, he was recommended to me. I was skeptical about meeting another realtor, however, he was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning, to my closing day. We have maintained contact over the years, and when the time comes to sell my home, I will certainly have him assist me again. He cares about you as a person, and that's why I would recommend him, and have, to people I care about.

I first had the opportunity to work with Paul at the Mercer Group in 2004, when I was looking for a home in the Tampa area. He went above and beyond for me, as I only had one day to view homes in person and thereafter, I relied on Paul to screen homes for me. I was able to purchase a newly built home in a safe, gated community that suited our needs. When the time came to sell in 2013, I asked Paul to list the home. Paul coordinated the sale of my home with the others in the office which helped to make things run smoothly and quickly. The photographer, also, was very good. Paul and the others were always very pleasant on the phone when they contacted me with questions or negotiations with the other home buyer.
