Jason and Dyan went above and beyond to help us sell our S Tampa home. Not only did they send weekly market and activity reports, but they also personally handled weekly property checks, service and maintenance calls (big and small), adjusted timer settings, even met the Salvation Army truck, all in addition to showing the home and getting it sold. Once we had a buyer, they really went beyond to get every contract detail straight and executed efficiently. They represented us at every step and did not miss a detail. Anything that needed attention, they quickly jumped in with someone to help if they couldn’t do it themselves.
