This was my second time working with Dyan Pithers, and once again she exceeded my expectations. I honestly can’t imagine going through the buying process without her. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly while I was out of state (in New York). She negotiated skillfully with the seller to secure credits and ensure important repairs were completed before closing. Even after closing, she continued to provide support and guidance, which made the entire process seamless. Her network of vendors are amazing and are the best of the best. Her knowledge and professionalism are unmatched, but what really stands out is how much she truly cares about her clients. I trust her completely and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who is sharp, honest, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right home.

The Pithers team did a phenomenal job with the sale of my house. Seamless, professional, attentive knowledgeable, and thorough. We had a wonderful expertise from the team.
