The connors team and specifically Alison represented both sides of my housing deal. She was punctual, fair, diligent, hard working, and above all honest. A lot of care went into the experience and making sure we liked the house. It always felt like her top priority was getting us into a home we would enjoy. I would be excited to use them again given the opportunity.

I originally had another realtor that wanted to list it 30k less. Her and her team had a lot more knowledge of my area and got me 30k more than my listing price. The sale of my home was very seamless. Her team also helped us in buying out future home which too was a lot easier process than I thought it would be especially with how the market is right now.

We recently sold our home in the Tampa Westchase area with a need to buy in a very specific area in Land O Lakes. We contracted with Alison Connors because of her known reputation, and we were not disappointed! We had fabulous pictures taken, an open house the first weekend after listing and then several offers there-after. Not only did she help to negotiate us through the ups and downs to get us to contract and closing, but we also partnered with Lauren on her team to purchase a home in exactly the location we needed with a closing date with exactly the right timing. It felt like a miracle to accomplish this under the current market craziness. I would highly recommend working with this team because there is always someone there to help make sure everything goes smoothly.

Lauren Levine and Alison Connors are exceptional realtors. They have handled two sales for my wife and me now. Both sales were for record high prices in their respective communities! Both Lauren and Alison are extremely professional, prompt communicators, well organized and they work hard to actually market their listings to get their clients top dollar on their sales - which seems like a rarity with realtors generally in this day and age. There are no realtors in Tampa Bay that we'd recommend more!
