I had a rental across the street from me. I tried to sell it on my own while I was working there. I showed it several times. Some friends suggested Patti and I set up an appointment with her, she came right away. I listed it with her and in no time at all she had a buyer. Patti was very easy to work with. If I had a question she would respond to my email within hours. After closing she dealt with the title company when ever I had a concern with them. I would recommend her to anyone she is fast and efficient.
