Tanja did a wonderful job getting me into the house that I’d been looking for. I had been searching for a realtor in the area and found Tanja on Zillow. She responded to my request for a tour of a house promptly and after working with her I was very impressed by her local knowledge and expertise. Whenever I had questions, she responded quickly and answered them well. I hadn’t been in the market for a while so when we found the house that I loved, she was very helpful guiding me through the process and explaining things on the way. She helped negotiate with the other party and I was very happy with the outcome.I had a very good experience with Tanja and I would recommend her.

Tanja was always upbeat, enthusiastic and positive which, for me, is important. Great knowledge and networking. Was able to answer questions quickly and correctly. Was able to work around my work schedule which wasn’t always ideal but she made it work without hesitation. Would 100% recommend and will do business with again.

As general contractors for over 40 years, we have interacted with almost every realtor in the community and some outside of the Palouse. We have sold spec homes, custom homes and land. We needed to sell a personal residence as part of an estate. In looking around the community, Tanja's name came up on listings and closings. From the moment she met to tour the property, and all the way through the sale, Tanja's professionalism came shining through. She was prepared when she toured with current data, real time comparisons and an eye from the street to the interior-quickly identifying areas of improvement, as well as strengths. In the short time it was listed, she stayed in constant contact. She responds almost immediately and has fast follow through. When the offer came, she was incredibly knowledgeable about real estate law for us personally, but also for our business reputation. We wish we had known Tanja when we were developing a residential sub-division years ago. She would have been a tremendous asset then, as she has been in this personal real estate transaction.
