Nikki was wonderful to work with! I definitely recommend her to anyone and will use her service again! She sold our house and helped us buy a house. She was knowledgeable and very accommodating.

Nikki went above and beyond when helping us purchase our first home. Our situation was a bit different because it was right at the start of the pandemic AND we were 5 hours away in a completely other State. She was patient and understanding as we searched – we were not in a hurry to buy and we were willing to wait it out until the right one came up. We had a lot on our list of expectations so it took some time... When there was a potential home she did a walk-thru and sent us a video with an honest opinion. (During this time public tours were not allowed due to the virus and we lived so far away...) She stood by us during this time and did not become discouraged with our constant questions. When we found our match (3 months later!), she explained, step by step, the process. I am not sure we could ever thank her enough!

Nikki was always available to answer any questions that may had. She was professional, sweet, and very informative. She made purchasing our first home a lot of fun! If you are looking for a great realtor in the Northern Kentucky area give her a call!

Great to work with and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend. She was recommended through a co worker. I was having problems with my existing Realator when Nikki came along. What a difference. She is so professional and on top of everything. She is very detail oriented and makes things really easy during a stressful and sometimes confusing time. She became a lifelong friend in the process.

Nikki was recommended to my by one of my health care providers when they overheard the issues I was having with my existing realtor. She is the best realtor that I have ever worked with over the years in buying and selling my homes. Nikki is extremely knowledgable, well connected and I believe really cares about her clients. She has offered very good referrals for contractors that have saved me a lot of money and headache. She has even extended one of her properties for helping me in between the sale and purchase of my new home. I highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs. Honest, caring and knows a lot about the building trade. You don't find this kind of asset in the market place. Retain her and you won't regret it!!!!
