Lauryn did an excellent job with both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. She was always a quick text or phone call away and no question was too big or too small. Lauryn encouraged us to look outside of our comfort zone, which ultimately led to us finding our forever home. She additionally was in constant contact with selling agents when we were buying, letting them know our interest level to insure that our offers were on the table before final decisions were made. On the selling side, Lauryn and the Caldwell team provided us with excellent marketing of our home, allowing it to go under contract within 24 hours! While in the contract phase, Lauren and the Caldwell team kept us in the loop with all the behind the scenes work, helping us to feel secure and confident in the buying and selling processes. We are so thankful to have found Lauryn and the Caldwell team and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling!

Lauryn was fantastic in helping us sell our condo, she was able to get us over asking, negotiated a fair deal for both sides and was always willing to answer the phone no matter the time of day! Highly recommend!

Rachel Greba with Caldwell reality group was knowledgeable, patient, and got the job done. She wasn't pushy trying to force me to buy something that would be a problem. In fact, a few times she prevented me from making a bag decision on the interest of sticker price. I've already recommended her to several close friends and coworkers.
