Just closed on our dream home in Reno. And we couldn't have done it without the expert guidance and representation of Michael Zeno. We had worked with Mike remotely for 6 months as he helped us formulate the right neighborhood, size, features, panoramic views and price. With Mike's help, we narrowed down our top-choice properties; and when arriving in Reno for the first time, he showed us directly to our dream home; we knew in an instant that he had found the perfect place that fit every single one of our requirements (and then some). Throughout out the entire process, Michael Zeno was immediately responsive to every inquiry, always follow-up on outstanding issues, and represented us well for inspections and quality control checks in a very timely manner. He developed a mutually advantageous working relationship with the seller and achieved every ask we could possibly have looked for. Michael Zeno is a motivated go-getter, but absolutely tactful, low-key and not overly-aggressive in any way. This was my first time buying a home and Michelle made me feel very safe and cared for through the entire process. I have zero knowledge when it comes to real estate and she always answered my many questions and went above and beyond to help me find the right house. She showed up to all my inspections and made sure to relay important things to me as well as helpful/comforting advice when I was feeling discouraged or nervous during the process. She is a great negotiator and a fair agent. During this process I had a negative experience with another agent selling a family home unrelated to my purchase and was able to call her and get helpful advice on that situation even though she was not the agent in charge. I trust her more than an other agent I met with as I felt many come across like car salesmen. This is not the case with Michelle. She wants your best interest and to give you a good experience. I should also mention, her entire team was great (helpful and patient).

Terina helped me purchase my first rental property and did a really great job. I wasn't familiar with Nevada so needed a lot of help at first but Terina helped me focus my search to a few areas that weren't on my radar and we found a place. She helped me get a good deal, was always willing to answer questions, and even took the time to research each place before writing any offers. I will use her again for my next purchase this year.
