Ryan Williams is absolutely wonderful to work with. He's knowledgeable, professional, fun, & above all, cares for his clients. Riffat was exceptional at helping us choose a new home. As first-time buyers and living out of state, we were unsure of how the process even worked. Riff guided us through all the steps, including providing us with very good options for mortgage companies, lenders, etc. Riff made herself available after hours and on weekends. She was quickly responsive to our questions and needs. She gave us suggestions but was not pushy at all. Riff and her team are the complete package.
