I engaged Melissa prior to COVID-19 pandemic. We did not find the right house until after shut downs were in force. While maintaining compliance she did not miss a beat. We found d the right house and have engaged her again.

Melissa exceeded my expectations. She always answered her phone, and is really knowledgeable. I told her what I liked and wanted she did not waste are time by showing me houses I did not want.. Melissa was not pushy at all and gave her honest opinion.
