Kevin was great! He understood what we were looking for and provided us with all the information we needed. He knows the area very well & was able to share his honest opinion. He was very responsive & and answered any & all of our numerous questions. He shared examples of houses that sold in the area, and when making suggestions regarding the potential offer amount - he had the data to back it up.

It was great! From the time we met him to finding THE house was perfect! It was fast and I feel we got a great deal on the house taking in to consideration the bathrooms and the area! Definitely a great person to deal with during this whole process!
