This is especially important in the current crazy market. Every suggestion Nicole made for us was gold and made selling our house, despite the challenging buyer's market, as painless as possible. I was selling a very unique property, one which it was very hard to even find comps for, and if that wasn't enough I was also looking to buy a new home. Anthony handled both for me. His knowledge of the area where I lived helped me to determine the right price to list my property. He also helped me find a turn key home and was able to negotiate the price I wanted to pay for it. And if this wasn't enough.....both properties closed on the same day. Needless to say....I will, and have recommended Anthony Pigati to my friends. I want them to have the same positive experience I had.

Christi did a great job promoting the sale of our house. I felt that all of the recommendations that she suggested was to our benefit. She and Steve were there for me when I needed them. I would highly recommend Christi and Steve to anyone I know.
