We recently sold our house in Cumberland, RI. Caron Shores is our realtor and she was amazing through the whole process. Lori and her team were amazing help as well and was always quick to communicate and answer any questions. Truly believe the reason we were able to sell so quickly and get a good offer is due to Caron’s beautiful staging and smart marketing and pricing. Can’t wait to continue working with the team as we search for our new home!

We cannot recommend Caron highly enough! She was a joy to work with and was so patient walking me and my husband through the home-buying process (which we knew very little about coming in). She always responded to our questions quickly, and we really appreciated how much of an effort she made to not just point out potential issues to us when we viewed properties but also to teach us how to look for them ourselves. We also very much appreciated how Caron never pressured us to put in an offer anywhere, even after dozens of tours. If anything, she talked us down from places that we didn’t realize at first glance would not be a good fit — for example, when we considered putting an offer down on a slab home over our budget, Caron pointed out that not having a basement might be hard with kids. We hadn’t considered that, but children are absolutely in our plans, so space would have quickly become an issue for us if she hadn’t flagged it ahead of time. It’s impossible to capture all of the wonderful things in a single review, but the bottom line is that she made us feel cared for during a scary process. She treated us as more than just another client, and despite it all being new to us, we were never uncomfortable or unprepared for next steps with her by our side.

Dave Seavey has been a friend for a long time, so I was excited to work with him to help me find a condo. He was communicative, fully aware of where we were with the timeline and where we needed to be, and a true assist in the entire process. We recently sold our home in walpole mass and had selected Lori and her team after interviewing several experienced local agents due to the presentation that Lori provided which included a detailed explanation of the process and what she could provide during the marketing process as well as a realistic assessment of the value of our real estate. Lori efforts went well beyond the assistance a broker normally provides to market a property. Her incredible staging, attention to detail and impeccable photos resulted in our home being sold almost immediately. Lori, Caron and the rest of their team were an absolute pleasure to work with! Their professionalism and expertise were palpable from the moment we met with them. From guiding us with pricing to staging our home so beautifully - we are so thankful! Both Lori and Caron were extremely communicative and took time at night (and on the weekends!) to get in touch with us as we have a young family. The process of accepting an offer and closing can be nerve wracking, but we never felt that because we had Lori and Caron to guide us. We would HIGHLY recommend working with them whether you are buying or selling a home!
