I recently had the pleasure of working with Lisa while buying a new construction home; it was a six-month process during which Lisa applied her extensive knowledge and guided us, making the process easier. We cannot recommend Lisa highly enough. From the first meeting, she took the time to understand my family's needs and preferences, walking us through our new dream home and assisting in selling our previous home.

We decided to move to South Carolina on pretty short notice, and we initially contacted Michelle for her guidance on selling our home and the timeframe involved. Our goal was to purchase and sell within a 45 day window. This was a tall task indeed, but Michelle assured us she was up for it. And ... she crushed it; the whole thing. As it turned out, she actually sold it on her first showing, because that's who bought the house after a few open houses. Michelle is a one woman powerhouse. She handled the coordination of pictures, staging, the listing and all of the showings. Her recommendation on sale price was spot on. Michelle also expertly coordinated with our realtor in South Carolina ensuring all the requirements were met for our new mortgage, which included additional requirements for a VA loan. We absolutely recommend Michelle for all of your real estate needs.

Buying your first home can be stressful and a confusing process. We were lucky to have Sue Grieve by our side to guide us through and ensure we got our dream home at the best price. She always responded quickly and was on top of things to make it a quick and straight forward process. Cannot think of a better person to help you buy a home!

Lisa is outstanding. Being a first time seller, there was much I thought I needed to learn and was quite anxious. Lisa is very thorough and clear in her explanations as well as explaining strategies. I felt at ease because no question was too small for her and her responses were always enthusiastic. I also had concerns about whether she had a feel for our market being from a realtor in a different state. She wound up being right on target and prompt and willing with anything that needed to be done. She was always available to discuss any issue and provided valuable guidance without the snobiness of what one expect from someone with her years and experience in the field. Overall, her actions are reflective of someone who actually cares to satisfy everyone involved, with that little extra touch. Thanks so much Lisa.

Lindsay was recommended to us and we were 100% satisfied. Lindsay guided us through the entire process and at the first open house we accepted an offer above asking, and closed on time.
